The San Antonio Branch of the Texas Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers was established in 1949 and currently serves 24 counties in Texas, consisting of: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, DeWitt, Dimmit, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, LaSalle, Maverick, McMullen, Medina, Real, Sutton, Uvalde, Wilson and Zavala.

ASCE SA hosts monthly branch meetings from September to May, which strives to provide our members professional and technical support.  In addition, the San Antonio Branch offers a Younger Members Group (defined as ASCE members 35 years of age or younger) particularly designed for younger engineers to network with their own peers, learn more about the profession, and encourage professional development.
