Officer Elections, Rick Bourque, P.E. ~ Texas Section President

Mr. Bourque has been practicing civil engineering for 32 years after earning a bachelor’s degree in 1977 from Texas A&M University. His practice has been mainly in the East Texas area in a wide range of civil fields. He has been active at the Texas Section ASCE level since the early 1980’s. He is currently a vice president with Schaumburg & Polk, Inc..
